Hi All,
As you know Alertpay is still currently having some issues accepting Visa and MasterCard payments.
However, not to worry,
We have a temporary solution until Alertpay revert back to normal.
You can make your subscription payment using the link provided below via a Secure Web Form.
PAY with VISA or MASTER CARD - CLICK HERE TO MAKE PAYMENT
If you wish to copy and past the link to make a payment later, here is the Secure Web Form URL:

We hope this helps.

I have a question, what about some of us who are still using PayPal to pay our monthly subscriptions? Do we have to switch to AlertPay?
ReplyDeleteHi Jonathan,
ReplyDeletePayPal is such a big company and the left hand does not talk to the right hand and therefore some people have problems with their accounts being shut down over night with no solid reason. Our Corporate Paypal account is fine and in good standing, however some affiliates who have a pay2up subscription have been automatically cancelled and their account frozen!
To avoid this from happening I highly recommend you open an Alertpay Account if you do not have one already or you can also pay for your Pay2up using the secure web form, as we accept credit cards.
We are currently looking aggressively to improve our global payment solution and we are looking at the possibility of a PrePaid Global MasterCard where funds can be instantly loaded to your account.
However this is yet to be decided 100%.
Hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Carlos
Hi again, thanks for replying. Is the order form a one time payment? what if AlertPay has already fixed the issue?
ReplyDeleteHi once Alertpay fixes this issue, we will ask everyone who has not yet paid to do so via Alertpay.
ReplyDeleteUntil this time, we can collect payments manually.
Hi, I can't use the form, it says my debit card doesn't allow it. So, is there ANY other way to pay? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHi Jonathan, We have sent you an email with info you requested.
ReplyDeleteregards,
Carlos
Thanks, but I got curious, if no one can add a credit card via AlertPay, then how are new members going to pay for the first time? If it was me, I have no idea what to reply..
